1,000,000/10! The Bandaby home is absolutely amazing. Spacious, practical and superior quality. It is SOLID. There’s so much room for enrichment and bedding. I got 30cm deep bedding under a 32cm wheel. The bedding over the rest of the home is 35cm deep! It’s easy to build, the doors are huge so it’s easy to access, and I have every faith that my home will last me a very very long time. It’s a very worthy investment! You really get what you pay for, and the pictures don’t do justice to the quality of this home. Worth every penny!

From the packaging to how well every single piece was labeled, you can immediately tell how much thought and care went into this hamster home. Everything arrived perfectly organized, making the setup process soo easy! The home itself is even more impressive - the quality and design are outstanding. I genuinely am in a awwee wouldn’t be able find anything better than this. Every detail feels carefully considered, and it really shows. My hamster is so happy in its new home, and honestly, so am I - I cannot stop staring at it! This completely blew my expectations - “incredible” is an understatement.

Absolutely in love with the Bandaby Hamster Home - as the name says - this is the first actual hamster home I have seen. It's not a cage, it's a home and any hamster will love living in it. Yes, it's more pricey, but it's so worth it in the end and you have it forever and more importantly, a happy little hamster. The founder put so much time and thought into it and you could already tell when unboxing. Everything labelled so well. I'm a very happy customer and happy this is my first ever hamster home! 10/10 would recommend always.

Upgrading from a 100 to a 120 length I wanted to ensure I was making the correct investment, I took the plunge and am never going back! It’s very strong and sturdy, the bedding acrylic sides are so strong & durable and it’s so easy to get into!! Spot cleans are a breeze and my rescue hammy that never seemed to dig much now makes so many burrows! She transitioned to the new set up so well and is so happy to now be in the lounge with us. She gets pen time & free roam time with us on the couch thanks to this amazing set up! The customer service as well, second to none, thank you so much for taking my feedback and providing so much help & advice!
